History and Background

Chanadet Originals was established in 1999 as a sub-division of our larger company, Chanadet.com.  Our gorgeous 100% Handmade Patchwork Scarf was featured in {country classics} in the December 2003 issue of Country Living Magazine, as well as being featured in the January 2004 StyleBook of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette newspaper.  Based out of New York City, we ship throughout the U. S. and abroad.  Our customers have valued our reliable and friendly service year after year.

As a testament to this scarf's durability and craftsmanship, the original prototype was created over 30 years ago, and is still worn today!  It continues to garner attention and compliments wherever it's worn.  This original prototype was recently part of an exclusive showing at Carnegie-Mellon University's CFA Centennial Art Exhibit, (entitled "100% Centennial"), which opened in January 2006.
